2017 KEEP WINES VERMENTINO WINDMILL VINEYARD

From the Windmill Vineyard just west of Sacramento in Yolo County, Steve Matthiasson personally oversees the farming of this Vineyard, farmed certified organic.  We barrel aged this wine for 18 months in neutral oak to give it depth. Slightly oxidative style with sweeping acidity and a sherried salinity, clean finish.
