2022 KEEP WINES COUNOISEDAVID GIRARD VINEYARD

From the David Girard Vineyard, this historic Vineyard in the Sierra Foothill is certified organically farmed. We made this wine in the traditional carbonic method, 14 days of enzymatic fermentation and then a light pigeage to finish fermentation.  This wine is  aged in neutral oak for 12 months before bottling. This is a delicate fruit forward wine with strawberry and rose water on the nose with bright cherry and blood orange on the finish. To be served chilled or cellar temperature. Native yeast fermentation, unfined/ unfiltered.
