95% Cabernet Franc 5% Pineau D'Aunis

From the Certiifed Organic Hulet Vineyard. We grafted the Cabernet Franc and Pineau D'Aunis back in 2020 and then the second half of the Vineyard in 2021. The higher altitude and cooler bay air make this a perfect spot for growing these varieties. We are able to get great phenolics and ripeness while still maintaining the acid and lower alcohol that Keep is known for. We are so pleased by the first offering of this wine. From the AVA du jour, Mount Veeder in the Napa Valley.  Hope you love it too!
