ZULA MAE VINEYARD
We love a high altitude vineyard and this organically farmed and no-till one does not disappoint! We have planted some Mourvèdre in our French Vineyard and it turned out so delicious and decided to find some in California as well. Destemmed and only light pump overs to keep the Tannins soft and the wine fruit forward. Plum and dried apricot with a rustic tannin finish.
